If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and part specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the machinery components in their original protective casing to prevent transit damage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Shipment and Tracking

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center and provide us with the tracking details for monitoring.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned spares for integrity; once approved, a refund or credit note will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
